​Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are thrilled with your product. We do our best to check, refurbish and fix every product to make sure it is up to our standards before showcasing. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange depending on item and condition. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All items that are eligible for return must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in the same condition/package they were in when purchased. If you believe an item to be defective please contact us first to help resolve the issue.
Return
Process
To return an item please bring it to the shop with original proof of purchase (receipt) and we will be happy to assist you. We will check it on the spot and make sure they comply with our return policy then offer you your return options; monetary refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds
Due to our evolving inventory, some products may not be available for an exchange of the same item. If an item is defective, we will gladly offer a monetary refund or store credit depending on your preference. However, if a fully functional item is returned due to the customer not wanting it any longer or having a change of heart, we can only offer store credit if returned within 7 days. We process refunds instantly if they’re cash or store credit. Credit/Debit card returns may take 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personal Items (Earrings, Personal hygiene items, etc…)

Items that are no longer in original packaging.

Items that have exceeded 7 days since purchase.

Items that have been damaged or modified after purchase.

Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
The following items can only be returned for store credit:

Items that are fully functional but the customer no longer needs.
